If you decide to return your purchase made online or in-store, for any reason, we will refund your money as long as the package is postmarked by the 15th day of you receiving the item(s). All returns have to be in salable condition and must be in the original packaging. Exchanges will process as long as the item(s) is postmarked within 30 days from the date received. All exchanges and upgrades are final.

Holiday Extended Return Policy

All orders placed between November 1, 2022, and December 15, 2022, can be exchanged or returned until January 15, 2023.

Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special orders and custom designs.

Bring To A Store* Bring items with all original certificates and accessories to our store. * Refunds can be expected on your billing statement within 30 days. Send By Mail * Start your return online. * Ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that we'll email to you to print at home. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip in your mail.
